If you haven’t already, remember to register for our upcoming monthly meeting on Thursday, March 23rd at 6:00pm.
For the past month, your elected bargaining team has been meeting with WSU Admin at the bargaining table, and negotiating improvements to our working conditions including Holidays, Grievance Procedures, Appointment Letters, Dismissal & Discipline, and more. At the March Monthly Meeting, we will discuss the process for our workgroups to bring proposals to the bargaining table and give everyone a preview of the work and proposals that are currently being prepared to be presented.
Workgroups are continuing to use information and priorities determined by our fellow ASEs through the Bargaining Survey. If you haven’t already, please fill it out and share it with your colleagues.
Many ASEs have also joined workgroups to help develop proposals and attend meetings and bargaining sessions alongside the bargaining team. We have worked hard to ensure that bargaining remains open and accessible to all ASEs, so please feel free to RSVP here to join us at any of these meetings.
We’ll talk more about all of these avenues of engagement at the monthly meeting. Hope to see you there!
